• Collaborate with engineering, operations, project management, and client teams to identify current and future infrastructure needs.
• Support the development and execution of multi-year capital investment plans.
• Evaluate project priorities, funding requirements, schedules, risks, and portfolio impacts.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project sequencing and improve efficiency across capital investments.
• Coordinate across teams to address dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and governance for portfolio management.
