Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned transition planning professional in the McLean, VA area to lead planning and execution of transition activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities and alignment with sustainment efforts.

Responsibilities include developing transition strategy, timelines, risk logs, and coordinating knowledge transfer across teams to minimize impact on Go-Live dates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of transition planning, stakeholder coordination, readiness management, and/or implementation-to-sustainment work.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition planning and execution for go-live and maintain alignment with sustainment activities.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, current-state assessment, risk management, and transition plans.
• Ensure continuity of operations and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
