Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO) to plan, organize, and manage NAPA’s central initiatives, including timelines, risks, resources, budgets, and vendor relations. The role supports direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion aligned with GPC strategies and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working knowledge of program management processes trends, and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously with different stakeholder sets.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end program delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives with defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and KPIs.
• Utilize program management expertise for defined initiatives to positively impact business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and partners to align on objectives and drive timelines.
• Establish governance structures including steering committees and regular reporting for transparency.
• Optimize program management approach, resourcing, and skills mix across partners.
• Use data and trends to identify insights and solutions for change effectiveness.
• Engage and manage diverse stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.
• Set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain the Transformation Management Office’s centralized program portfolio tool.
• Partner with Change Management to implement effective communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and dependencies to optimize resources.
