Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior transformation leader in the United States to drive end-to-end initiatives focused on technology and analytics. You will mentor teams, translate business needs into technical deliverables, and communicate strategic insights to executives.

You will leverage Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, and Power Apps to deliver data-driven recommendations, ensuring measurable business impact while collaborating with global stakeholders. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives with a strong analytics and technology focus.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience communicating insights to diverse audiences.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with large, complex data sets.
• Proficiency in analytics and automation platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar.
• Experience driving transformation and analytics initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and data science.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not offered below Principal level.

Responsibilities
