Job summary

Trident Maritime Systems is seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager to drive cross-functional transformation from concept to implementation. You will blend project management discipline, business analysis, and communications expertise to deliver clear, actionable outcomes.

The role requires coordinating with operations, IT, and leadership to map processes, gather requirements, and craft executive-ready communications and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience with process mapping methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Ability to produce polished communications materials (one-pagers, summaries, decks).
• Strong stakeholder management across operations, IT, and leadership.
• Familiar with project management tools and Agile principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for business transformation initiatives, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and reporting to leadership.
• Serve as primary communications point for projects, delivering stakeholder-facing communications from initiation through close.
• Develop visual communications materials (one-pagers, executive summaries, decks) to convey status and recommendations.
• Document current and future state processes (process maps, SOPs, workflows) for reference and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and validate business and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders; translate into IT/vendor specs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across operations, IT, and leadership with ongoing engagement.
• Facilitate sessions and provide leadership updates, translating between technical teams and executives.
• Partner with IT/vendor teams to evaluate solutions, manage testing, go-live, and transition.
• Coordinate with change management to align communications and timelines with broader plans.
• Identify and elevate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively.
