Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation or consulting.
- Ability to diagnose problems and translate strategy into priorities.
- Experience with process improvement and capability planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional discovery and planning.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of applications, data, automation, and AI in business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted internal consultant to business leaders.
- Translate strategy into measurable outcomes and capability needs.
- Lead discovery and transformation workshops.
- Develop and maintain business capability roadmaps.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and prioritization.
- Partner with Architects to translate needs into approaches.
- Promote agile, iterative transformation and track value.
