Deloitte's Life Sciences & Health Care practice is seeking a Manager, Functional Transformation to lead marketing and content supply chain transformation initiatives. You will work across marketing operations, technology and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable compliant, efficient content workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business, IT, and client teams, applying Agile methods to deliver marketing technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Life Sciences consulting or industry.
• 6+ years in marketing transformation or technology implementation programs.
• 5+ years with marketing tech platforms (Veeva Vault PromoMats, Adobe, Salesforce).
• 1+ years with Generative AI/LLMs/AI-ML concepts.
• Experience with content supply chain processes.
• Willing to travel ~50%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams across marketing and content supply chain transformation programs.
• Manage delivery across timeline, scope, and client expectations using Agile.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for marketing technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and technical teams to implement content supply chain and marketing technology solutions.
• Support business development through proposals, client presentations, and early-stage solution shaping.
