Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Associate Director for Life Sciences Operations and Industry Solutions to drive strategic client engagements and foster practice growth. You will lead transformation programmes, guide stakeholders through delivery lifecycles, and build deep client relationships across IT, Operations and Risk.

You will mentor teams, develop delivery roadmaps, and help expand Deloitte's offerings in Life Sciences. Hybrid London-based role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to guide technology and business stakeholders through delivery lifecycle.
• Strong experience advising senior stakeholders on strategic and operational priorities.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across IT, Operations, Risk, and senior leadership.
• Experience managing delivery teams with planning, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of governance, delivery standards and QA processes within transformation programmes.
• Professional certifications in project delivery, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic and operational client engagements in Life Sciences, establishing priorities and direction with business objectives.
• Providing guidance on operating models and technologies, and developing implementation roadmaps.
• Leading technology-enabled transformation programmes with delivery ownership, budgets and risks.
• Leading diverse teams to deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with clients to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Building strong client relationships across IT, Operations, Risk and senior leadership.
• Supporting growth of the practice and the Division through delivery excellence and collaboration.
