Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a senior leader to drive and expand its M&A Strategy, Integration & Transformation capabilities. You will advise private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate acquirers on mergers, integrations, and carve-outs, while devoting at least half of your time to market-facing activities and growth opportunities.

You will design and run Integration Management Offices, guide synergy and value-capture programs, and lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, private equity operations, corporate development, enterprise transformation, or related environment.
• Deep experience leading merger integrations, carve-outs, or complex transaction programs with enterprise-level governance.
• Demonstrated track record of originating, selling, and expanding complex engagements and building executive‑level client relationships.
• Ability to travel based on client and business development needs.
• Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Armanino’s M&A Strategy, Integration & Transformation capabilities advising sponsors and corporate acquirers.
• Devote at least 50% of time to market-facing activities, including relationship development, pursuit strategy, and closing new work.
• Design and lead Integration Management Offices with governance, plans, and executive reporting.
• Direct synergy and value-capture programs including carve-out governance and operational stabilization.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Transaction Advisory, Finance, Technology, and more.
• Serve as senior relationship owner to deal sponsors and executives while overseeing engagement quality and staffing.
