Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a senior leader to drive M&A strategy and integration programs for private equity and corporate clients. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage executive relationships, and shape deal outcomes while ensuring high-quality engagements.

The role emphasizes market development, governance, and value creation. The position requires extensive leadership experience, 15+ years in related fields, and flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience with leadership.
• Experience leading merger integrations, carve-outs or complex programs.
• Proven track record selling and expanding complex engagements.
• Ability to travel as needed and flexibility to work remotely part-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand M&A strategy, integration and transformation with clients.
• Spend at least 50% of time on market-facing activities and BD.
• Design and lead Integration Management Offices with governance and plans.
• Guide synergy, value-capture and carve-out programs end-to-end.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Manage senior relationships with deal sponsors and executives.
• Recruit, coach and retain top engagement leaders; develop IP.
