Valsoft Corporation, through its Manos Software Group portfolio, is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to lead a priority transformation mandate. You will work with the Managing Director and senior leaders to solve operating challenges, accelerate growth, and improve profitability and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience.
• A record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment.
• Evidence of leadership through direct management responsibility or ownership of a significant initiative.
• Ability to identify problems, set priorities, translate strategy into practical action, and guide cross functional change through adoption and measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams and levels of an organization.

Aufgaben

• Own the transformation plan, KPIs, and improvement priorities for a defined mandate or operating area.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, customer retention, cost performance, service delivery, processes, and systems.
• Build a strong understanding of the business, its customers, its financial performance, and its competitive environment.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear actions, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead priority transformation initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting adoption, and measuring operating and financial impact.
• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on business planning, performance reviews, and major decisions.
• Engage and support teams affected by change while building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders across the portfolio to share best practices and support business improvement initiatives.
