Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations.
• Experience independently leading strategic transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, capable of synthesizing data into insights.
• Exceptional executive communication for C-suite and Board audiences.
• Ability to build consensus across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing target operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong project management with risk identification and blockers management.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Frame current state challenges by synthesizing data to justify change.
• Articulate options and recommendations with timelines for decision-making.
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams with accountability.

• Design target operating models and governance structures.
• Socialize changes and disseminate best practices across the enterprise.
• Monitor initiative performance and adoption against success measures.
• Develop and maintain project plans to drive progress and address blockers.
