Job summary

SF Fire Credit Union is seeking a visionary VP, Strategy & Transformation in San Francisco to lead enterprise strategy planning and execution. You will oversee the Strategy & Transformation function, align investments with priorities, and ensure disciplined delivery across the organization.

You will manage a small internal consulting team, drive governance structures, and partner with executive leadership to improve performance and value realization across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise strategy and PMO programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy, transformation and PMO initiatives.
• Define structured strategy execution framework and governance.
• Oversee the project portfolio and enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of investments, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Drive disciplined project intake, prioritization and delivery.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication to leadership.
