• A proven record of leading enterprise-wide strategic transformation and sustaining improvements.
• Deep experience influencing cross-functional leadership in complex organizations.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment for evaluating investments and opportunities.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling.
• Experience navigating global organizations and multicultural leadership environments.
• Ability to use AI and analytics to improve strategic effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize strategic shifts, develop new value propositions, and move to continuous adaptation.
• Build practical frameworks to clarify what to preserve, evolve and develop over 3–5 years.
• Translate enterprise strategy into meaningful choices, commitments and outcomes.
• Identify barriers to transformation and help leadership address them.
• Embed strategy with cross-functional leaders to own and adapt as assumptions change.
• Design continuous strategy planning rhythms and portfolio evaluation frameworks.
• Influence executive decisions with rigorous analysis and compelling narratives.
