Qualifications

• Proven record of leading enterprise-wide strategic transformation with tangible examples.
• Deep experience influencing cross-functional leadership teams amid ambiguity and complexity.
• Success designing and implementing strategic planning, portfolio management, or governance frameworks.
• Experience in technology platforms, gaming, digital entertainment, or dynamic industries.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment evaluating investment trade-offs and growth opportunities.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
• Experience navigating global organizations and multicultural leadership environments.
• Ability to use emerging AI and analytical capabilities to improve strategic effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Activate PlayStation's strategic transformation by translating direction into actionable priorities across the enterprise.
• Establish continuous strategic planning with rhythm connecting 3–5 year goals to annual priorities and quarterly reviews.
• Influence and mobilize cross-functional executive leadership to enable collective decisions.
• Develop core/explore strategic frameworks balancing current performance with future opportunities.
• Strengthen strategy execution with activation frameworks and measurable progress.
• Capture lessons from strategic initiatives and institutionalize knowledge for ongoing improvements.
