Stripe, Inc. seeks a seasoned Financial Services Transfer Pricing Specialist to design and implement compliant transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions within Stripe’s global structure.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including finance, tax, and legal, to ensure policies meet evolving regulations and business needs. The role emphasizes deep transfer pricing expertise in payments/fintech, strong communication, and the ability to partner across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, economics, business, law, or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of global transfer pricing laws and regulations, international tax planning, and experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Experience managing transfer pricing documentation, compliance, audits, APAs, and intercompany agreements; and implementing intercompany agreements.
• Knowledge of financial accounting concepts, including intercompany transactions; experience with Excel, Oracle, and Smart View.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Finance to develop, execute, and maintain transfer pricing policies for Stripe’s current and future operating structure and product offerings.
• Analyze financial information to design, prepare, and review detailed calculations, assist in forecasts, and support the tax provision process.
• Address transfer pricing impacts of restructurings, acquisitions, and regulatory changes; ensure models fit evolving frameworks.
• Build relationships with product and business leaders to adapt policies to organizational changes.
• Assist finance, legal, and tax teams in audits, APAs, and competent authority proceedings.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation per OECD guidelines and local requirements.
• Build or simplify transfer pricing models for clarity, efficiency, and usability.
