Stripe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to develop and defend intercompany pricing policies across Stripe’s global operations. You’ll address TP needs for payments, fintech, and regulated activities, working with finance, legal, and tax teams to ensure compliant outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on policy design, documentation, and audits, with collaboration across product, finance, and regional teams while aligning with OECD guidelines and local requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, economics, business, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant transfer pricing experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industry.
• Experience managing transfer pricing documentation, audits, and APAs; intercompany agreements development.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Finance to develop, execute, and maintain transfer pricing policies across Stripe’s operating model and products.
• Analyze financial data to design, prepare, and review transfer pricing calculations and forecasts.
• Address TP impacts of restructurings, acquisitions, and regulatory changes; ensure models fit global requirements.
• Collaborate with product and business leads to adapt TP policies to changes in activity.
• Assist in regulatory audits and APAs; support competent authority negotiations.
• Prepare and maintain TP documentation per OECD guidelines and local law.
• Build or simplify TP models for clarity, efficiency, and usability.
