Stripe, Inc. is hiring a Transfer Pricing Specialist in the United States to design and implement compliant TP policies for intercompany transactions, including fintech and payments activities.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure alignment with global tax requirements and regulatory expectations. The role requires deep TP expertise, strong communication, and experience supporting audits, APAs, and ERP data integration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, economics, business, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, tax, or finance.
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation, audits, and APAs.
• Knowledge of financial accounting concepts and data analysis across multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain transfer pricing policies for Stripe's entities and products.
• Analyze financial information to design detailed TP calculations and support forecasts.
• Address TP impacts of restructurings, acquisitions, and regulatory changes; ensure compliant operating models.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and tax to align TP with business strategy.
• Support audits, APAs, and competent authority discussions and document TP positions.
• Prepare and maintain TP documentation under OECD guidelines and local rules.
• Build clear TP models for efficiency and transparency across jurisdictions.
