Job summary

The role requires at least five years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate/transactional matters.
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in all stages of corporate transactions, including drafting documents, project management, and coordinating closing and post-closing deliverables.
• Assist attorneys in drafting or preparing legal documents and agreements, including commercial contracts and governance documents.
• Organize, manage, and maintain legal documents within an electronic document management system.
• Maintain corporate records, including entity organizational charts and internal lists related to entity management and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with corporate filings, including formations, annual reports, qualifications, dissolutions, and name changes.
• Support the Legal Department with ad hoc legal tasks and suggest process improvements using AI.
