Charles Schwab is seeking an Associate on the Corporate Development team in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will build detailed financial analyses and transaction models to support acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments, and craft concise presentations for senior management and the Board.

You’ll work with Legal, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams, coordinating due diligence and cross-functional efforts to advance Schwab’s inorganic growth strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed financial analyses, valuation materials, and transaction models for acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
• Develop concise presentations communicating strategic and financial rationale to senior management and the Board.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional Schwab teams and external advisors.
• Contribute to strategic industry analyses and company profiles to inform decisions.
