Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must possess knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and the ability to learn new software as required.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, in a high stress environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must have the ability to prioritize conflicting requests and be detailed oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, publish, and distribute comprehensive training schedules.
• Coordinate day-to-day academic and device training based on availability.
• Ensure training efficiency with minor syllabus deviations.
• Synchronize formal course training requirements across syllabi.
• Attend weekly scheduling meetings and contribute to monthly status reports.
• Coordinate with training officials for new student requirements.
• Ensure events comply with regulations, directives and policies.
• Resolve scheduling and instructor qualification conflicts.
• Track and record utilization of training devices.
• Schedule contract instructors to support training devices and classrooms.
