Job summary

CACI is seeking a Training & Readiness Assessment Specialist to help shape USSOUTHCOM's Joint Training Program by assessing training effectiveness, readiness, and joint doctrine development. The role spans cross-agency collaboration, data analysis, and presenting findings to senior leaders.

You will support development of the Joint Training Plan, JMETL, and guidance, while contributing to After Action Reviews and continuous improvement of training concepts across the Western Hemisphere.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level reports and briefings.
• Ability to collaborate across Joint, Service, interagency, and multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of USSOUTHCOM's Joint Training Program through research, analysis, and validation of training initiatives and performance outcomes.
• Support development and revision of the Command's Joint Training Plan, JMETL, and training guidance.
• Analyze data gaps and emerging requirements to improve readiness and training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff, Service Components, and other stakeholders to support doctrine development and training modernization.
• Develop assessment methodologies, tools, and executive briefings to inform senior leaders.
