Job summary

The U.S. Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, seeks a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst for the USCG Aviation Technical Training Center in Elizabeth City, NC.

The GS-0343-12/13 position focuses on planning, management, integration and operation of the human performance cycle, including training, TTP and doctrine support. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee resources and personnel, and support executive steering for the Training Division to improve operational capacity

Qualifications

• This position does not have a positive education requirement.
• Experience in supervisory roles and human performance cycle management is implied by the duties.

Responsibilities

• Planning, management, integration and operation of the human performance cycle at ATTC Elizabeth City, including training, TTP and doctrine support.
• Lead inter- and intra-agency teams to analyze performance gaps, develop or revise SOPs and policies, and improve efficiency.
• Supervise eleven direct reports (GS-11/GS-9) and over 130 subordinate personnel across military, civilian and contract staff.
• Coordinate instructional support requirements for complete programs for command and external customers, including funding and materials.
