Job summary

Arcetyp LLC seeks a Program/Management Analyst to support the Coast Guard Liaison Office in Pensacola, FL. The role oversees CGAPP training planning, maintains training data systems, and serves as a liaison between Coast Guard leadership and Navy/Air Force training commands to ensure safe, efficient progression of Coast Guard student aviators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Public Administration, Operations Research, or related field.
Experience in program or training management.
PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to Coast Guard Liaison Office (CGLO) in Pensacola, FL.
Oversee CG Aviation Production Planning (CGAPP) training across rotary- and fixed-wing programs.
Manage training data systems and performance reporting to CG leadership.
Serve as liaison between Coast Guard leadership and Navy/Air Force training commands.
Support OER/EER workflows and provide weekly progress reports to leadership.
