Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Sr Training Coordinator at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires coordinating cross-functional training, including testing, QA, configuration management, logistics, and maintenance, to support the program’s acquisition strategy.

The candidate will manage fielding activities, NST, DET, delta training, and de-fielding efforts, and will schedule and track PdM products under AR 700-142 guidelines, delivering data and briefings to PdM leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of Training Coordination experience.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma; substitutions: 4 years of additional experience may substitute for the BS degree.

Sr Training Coordinator

This position is contingent upon contract award

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Experience integrating training of separate sub-system, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, logistics, engineering, production, transportation, maintenance and logistics support for all products.
• Ability to coordinate all special training actions necessary to support the program's acquisition strategy, and conduct all necessary coordination between stakeholders and resolve training related issues. Assist PdM in managing fielding/NET, Displaced Equipment Training (DET), delta training, New Software Training (NST), and de-fielding efforts.
• Experience scheduling, tracking, and coordinating PdM products via the Total Package Fielding (TPF) concept outlined in AR 700-142 to ensure all products are delivered. Ability to provide data and briefings to PdM leadership as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of Training Coordination experience is required.
• Certifications: CompTIA Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma.
• Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree.
