Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Training Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Enterprise Capability to lead integrated training strategies for major enterprise transformations. You will design blended learning solutions, assess readiness, and align training with leadership priorities across cross-functional partners.

The role requires experience in adult learning, change management, and collaboration with HR, project teams, and executives to measure adoption and impact. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, Communications, Education, I/O psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of organizational learning and development experience, leading training strategy for enterprise initiatives.
• Experience shaping training plans, change strategies, stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated training strategies for enterprise initiatives and transformations.
• Design, develop, deliver, and improve blended training solutions (ILT, virtual, e-learning, job aids).
• Assess change impact, readiness, risks, adoption barriers, and reinforcement needs.
• Collaborate with sponsors, leaders, HR, project teams, communications, and SMEs to align training with outcomes.
• Create stakeholder engagement and change communication strategies for impacted audiences.
• Scale enterprise development experiences translating priorities into measurable business impact.
• Equip leaders to sponsor change, communicate, coach, and reinforce new behaviors.
• Integrate training and change activities into project plans with clear milestones.
