Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience.
• Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with community organizations.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and conduct skills gap analysis.
• Design workforce development roadmaps aligned to customer’s goals.
• Identify business opportunities through customer engagement.
