Job summary

Moderna in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Director of Training Strategy & Process Enablement to design, implement, and improve development-wide learning programs ensuring regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

You will lead scalable frameworks for role-based learning, change management, and knowledge management while partnering with Quality, Clinical Operations, and process owners to translate requirements into learning solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
• Experience leading enterprise learning and capability programs.
• Experience with GCP-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of LMS, Veeva Vault, and digital learning tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Development-wide training and capability programs.
• Establish training frameworks for role-based and trial-specific learning.
• Partner with BPOs, Quality, and Controlled Documents to integrate training.
• Lead training impact assessments for SOPs, Work Instructions, policies, systems, and changes.
• Design scalable learning strategies for onboarding, progression, and inspection readiness.
• Oversee training initiatives for enterprise QMS programs and policies.
• Drive adoption of changes via change management and communications.
• Monitor training metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
