Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Director of Training Strategy & Process Enablement to design, implement, and continuously improve development-wide learning and capability programs. This role ensures regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and workforce effectiveness across clinical operations, Quality, and process owners.

The incumbent will lead scalable, role-based learning frameworks, manage change initiatives, and leverage digital learning technologies including LMS and Veeva Vault to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years in pharma/biotech/clinical research environments.
• Experience leading enterprise learning, training, or process enablement programs.
• Experience supporting GCP-regulated clinical development organizations.
• Working knowledge of LMS, eLearning, Veeva Vault, and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision for Development-wide training and capability programs.
• Establish frameworks for role-based and trial-specific learning across Development functions.
• Partner with Quality, BPOs, and Controlled Documents to integrate training into process changes and document lifecycle.
• Lead training impact assessments for SOPs, Work Instructions, and policies.
• Drive adoption of change management and learning deployment strategies to improve performance.
