The role blends strategic leadership with continued direct legal services through a reduced caseload, focusing on staff education, mentorship, and organizational learning. You will collaborate with leadership across the organization to identify needs, develop resources, and build partnerships for knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Experience in adult education or curriculum development in professional settings.
• Ability to assess training needs across staff levels and design learning opportunities.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide a training program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement annual training and professional development programs.
• Assess training needs and partner with leadership to support individualized development.
• Create and deliver training content, tools, and resources to strengthen legal knowledge and professional skills.
• Provide mentorship and support staff development including opportunities for co-counsel and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a reduced caseload while delivering high-quality legal services.
• Support community education and outreach initiatives and regulatory training requirements.
• Identify changes in law impacting staff training and development.
• Develop systems to capture and share legal knowledge and best practices.
