Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Collective Training Analyst to design, develop, and execute advanced training activities aligned with USSTRATCOM mission areas. The role supports mission readiness through expert knowledge of UCP sets, CJCS/EAP procedures, and end-to-end operational processes, spanning national-to-unit execution.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in the specified mission areas, experience with training modules, and operational CCMD or Joint Staff exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in at least one of: Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, Global Strike, Nuclear Force Planning, Missile Threat Assessment.
• Experience developing, administering, and executing scenario-based training modules.
• Operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or MAJCOM, including command center or battle staff duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and execute scenario-based training modules to enhance readiness across environments.
• Apply knowledge of USSTRATCOM UCP mission sets, CJCS/EAP, and end-to-end operational processes in training design.
• Coordinate across Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and Service MAJCOMs to ensure realism and alignment with directives.
• Prepare training materials, evaluations, and after-action reports to improve future training cycles.
