Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Collective Training Analyst to design, develop, and execute scenario-based training aligned with USSTRATCOM mission sets. Offutt AFB, NE location supports national-level decision-making to unit execution.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required to support mission readiness. You will coordinate with Combatant Commands and Joint Staff, delivering training materials, evaluations, and after-action reports to enhance future training cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in at least one listed mission area.
• Experience with USSTRATCOM‑assigned UCP mission sets and CJCS/USSTRATCOM EAPs.
• Operational experience at a CCMD, Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and execute scenario-based training modules to enhance readiness across collective training environments.
• Apply understanding of USSTRATCOM‑assigned UCP mission sets, CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAPs, and end-to-end operational processes.
• Integrate operational insight into training design, exercise development, and training assessments.
• Provide expertise in command center operations and battle staff functions in support of mission training requirements.
• Prepare training materials, evaluations, and after-action reports to improve future training cycles.
• Coordinate across Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and Service MAJCOMs to ensure training realism and alignment with directives.
