Job summary

The Garrett Group is seeking an Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, AAR SME to support USSTRATCOM operations at Offutt AFB, NE. The role centers on observing, documenting, and facilitating after action reviews, and producing actionable issues and reports.

Applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience, with a background in AAR support per SI 509-1, and a working knowledge of CJCS/USSTRATCOM concepts. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' recent experience in Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment.
• Experience with After Action Reporting support per SI 509-1.
• Basic understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned mission-sets.
• Familiarity with CJCS and USSTRATCOM EAP or national-level decision-making concepts.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and gather observations during Collective Training events.
• Facilitate after action reviews during and after events.
• Analyze observations to collate into actionable issues for command.
• Prepare and publish reports outlined in SI 509-1.
• Prepare validated lessons learned from past events for dissemination.
• Support briefings and written analyses for senior officers and personnel.
• Present clear, concise oral presentations and written correspondence.
• Develop and produce GD Summary Reports.
• Provide feedback for after-action reviews and recommend improvements for follow-on events.
• Prepare and conduct hotwash briefings and after-action reports.
