Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis on traffic.
• Minimum five years of experience on traffic engineering projects.
• Indiana PE license with reciprocity for other states.
• PTOE certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traffic studies, planning, and design projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead CAD/design tasks and coordinate data collection, forecasting, and reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, communications, and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and liaison with clients to achieve satisfaction.
• Coordinate with INDOT, DPW and local agencies on project goals.
