Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a qualified finance professional to join the Control Shared Services team. The role focuses on managing distributor and operator disputes, validating S4 data, and reconciling volumes for PQGC.

You will oversee AFH/FSV chargebacks and support escalation for peers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving cash flow, ensuring promotional spend accuracy, and implementing process improvements across trade settlement policies.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications.
• Strong data analysis experience; S4 UDM and CCM preferred.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational cash flow by resolving customer discrepancies for FSV distributors and operators.
• Ensure accuracy of promotional spend understanding Pay for Performance guidelines and AFH customer plans.
• Develop best practices to comply with trade settlement policies across customers and partners.
• Analyze trends and recommend process/technology improvements.
• Take ownership and deliver against personal and team goals.
