Qualifications

• 2–5 years in trade operations or supply chain management with logistics exposure.
• Experience with physical commodities, agricultural or contract trading preferred.
• Understanding of contracts, inventory, transportation and financial settlement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of physical commodity contracts from handoff to delivery and settlement.
• Plan shipments, monitor inventory, and coordinate with warehouses and carriers.
• Review charges, optimize plans and resolve discrepancies in systems and data.
• Lead automation and AI-focused improvements, workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with trading, documentation, finance and compliance to align priorities.
• Maintain data quality across ERP, transport and inventory records.
