Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in logistics or related field with 5+ years in a management position.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance solutions for clients and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable governmental regulations.
• Experience with CBP, CTAP, TSA, OFAC and FMC.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company compliance policies and government regulations.
• Support CBP, TSA, BIS, OFAC, DDTC, FMC regulatory activities and staying up to date.
• Report risk scenarios to executive team in a timely manner.
• Manage Internal Corporate Compliance Audit Program to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and licensing maintenance with compliance staff.
• Lead Compliance Team and POA Team ticket system; coordinate with legal and vendors.
• Develop and revise policies, trainings, and ensure effective implementation.
