Job summary

Zoox is seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Operations, driving capacity upgrades and capital expenditure programs for hardware assemblies used on our autonomous vehicle platform.

You will own multi-year CapEx projects from concept to commissioning, partner with internal engineering teams and external partners, and ensure readiness of manufacturing lines for current and next-gen vehicles.

Qualifications

8+ years of TPM or operations experience leading large CapEx projects.
Proven track record managing cross-functional programs with hard deadlines.
Deep technical expertise in mid-to-high volume manufacturing automation.
Experience in factory design, layout planning and equipment installation.
Ability to negotiate with external vendors and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

Drive planning, detailed engineering design, and execution for complex manufacturing upgrades and line implementation.
Act as primary liaison with equipment integrators and engineering partners and manage schedules/deliverables.
Develop project level RASICs and build relationships across Manufacturing, Hardware, Facilities, Program Management and Supply Chain.
Lead updates for department, program steering team and leadership level meetings.
Own integrated program schedules from design through equipment installation and commissioning; track CapEx budgets.
