Job summary
Zoox is seeking an Operations Program Manager in Fremont, CA to develop processes in Manufacturing Operations and oversee complex hardware assemblies to meet the Demand Plan.
You will own the program for scaling hardware products, manage production readiness, metrics, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
The role requires 10+ years in hardware manufacturing and supply chain, strong PM skills, ERP/PLM experience, and travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years in hardware manufacturing and supply chain.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the program for scaling hardware products and oversee production planning and execution.
- Coordinate tactical and strategic planning to ensure line stability.
- Report on metrics daily, weekly, and monthly for scaling and risk
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to meet the demand plan
- Monitor supply chain weaknesses and capacity planning
- Work cross-functionally to support ramp readiness and test milestones
