Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for High Volume Hiring (HVH) to lead cross-functional programs across WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. You will shape the technical design and implementation of high-volume recruitment systems to improve speed-to-fill and candidate experience.

You will partner with engineering and business teams, manage release schedules, and drive KPI-driven processes while navigating scale, compliance, and diverse job

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact.
• Accountable for the overall strategy and driving teams to deliver.
• Understand the systems in your product or program space, scaling factors and architectural decisions.
• Align business and technical stakeholder needs and drive crisp decisions.
• Make smart trade-offs between time, effort and features.
• Partner with customers and engineering to set priorities.
• Assess development processes, test plans, and operations/maintenance needs.
• Streamline and/or eliminate excess process.
• Influence teams to decouple from dependencies and avoid outages.
