Amazon’s High Volume Hiring (HVH) organization seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive large cross-functional programs that enhance candidate evaluation, onboarding, and time-to-fill at scale. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to shape technical strategy and delivery across WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with impact.
• Be accountable for overall strategy and driving teams to delivery.
• Understand system space, limitations, scaling factors, and decisions.
• Align business and technical stakeholder needs and drive decisions.
• Make smart trade-offs between time, effort and features.
• Partner with customers and engineering to determine project priorities.
• Assess development processes, test plans, and operations requirements.
• Streamline or eliminate excess process.
• Influence teams to decouple dependencies and fix architecture issues.
