We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team that is building revolutionary enterprise applications that leverage Amazon's extensive operational expertise to help millions of companies worldwide manage their day‑to‑day supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries.
  • Partner with product management and technical leadership to identify company‑wide opportunities for demand planning needs, improve product, identify new areas of investment, and align other group’s engineering roadmaps to deliver on these opportunities and optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
  • Communicate, influence and earn the trust of software engineers, technical and business leadership.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical‑path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Base salary range: 148,700.00 – 201,200.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Final compensation will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, and additional benefits.
