Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Managing schedules, risks, and dependencies across antenna subsystem development and integration milestones.
• Driving cross-functional coordination between FPGA, firmware, RF, networking, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Defining and tracking technical requirements for phased array antenna systems from concept through production.
• Leading design reviews, trade studies, and technical decision-making processes across disciplines.
• Establishing and managing hardware test automation programs and bring-up processes for phased array systems.
• Developing program metrics, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths for antenna system deliverables.
