Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
- Experience with infrastructure, systems engineering, and large-scale tech programs
Responsibilities
- Owns lifecycle of large, high-impact cross-functional initiatives across teams.
- Develops program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and mitigations.
- Maps customer needs and business strategies to product and tech decisions.
- Drives technical decisions and resolves architectural ambiguity.
- Manages cross-team dependencies and conflicts to keep programs on track.
- Communicates program status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
