Job summary

Lila Sciences seeks a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for AISF program execution, enabling delivery through governance, alignment, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination. The TPM connects research, engineering, product, and operations to remove blockers and keep dependencies moving across the portfolio.

As the connective tissue across teams, you will surface alignment gaps, track dependencies, and drive decisions in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technical program coordination or operations in engineering-driven environments.
• Ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to distill complexity for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities; adaptable in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.
• Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Track program health, milestones, blockers, and risks; elevate issues and surface coordination patterns to leadership.
• Coordinate workstreams across programs, resolving conflicts in resource allocation, sequencing, and stakeholder priorities.
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Support budget, headcount, and resource planning alongside Finance and program leads; provide visibility into financial and resource trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization opportunities, and scaling solutions as the AISF portfolio grows.
