Job summary

Apogee is seeking an Advisor of Tools & Techniques in Wright Patterson AFB, OH to provide strategic advice and roadmapping for FME and T2 initiatives across DoW, IC, and enterprise levels. On-site role requiring US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will develop messaging for senior leaders, identify strategic partnerships, monitor program metrics, and facilitate senior engagements to support the T2 program. 10+ years in related DoD programs preferred.

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Clearance: TS/SCI required.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or related field.
10 years of experience with DoW or similar programs.
Proven ability to provide strategic advice on mission-critical issues.
Prior senior advisory experience in DoW or IC.
Strong briefing skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic roadmaps and high-level messaging for senior leaders (GO/SES).
Apply deep understanding of DoW, IC, and FME landscapes to identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Assist the Government in monitoring program cost, schedule, and performance, and maintain overviews of management activities and innovation projects.
Support development of program messaging, maintain strategic plan, and facilitate engagements to garner support for the T2 program.
Organize, document, and track all T2 engagements, projects, and plans using current systems (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence).
Research alternative contracting vehicles (OTAs, IDIQs) and identify funding sources; assist in drafting solicitations and tracking vendor progress.
Translate complex technical concepts into high-level messaging for General Officers and SES members.
