Job summary

Apogee is seeking a Tools & Techniques Project Manager to support T2 Program Managers through agile project execution, metrics development, and knowledge management. The role focuses on delivering milestones, dashboards, and collaborative knowledge bases on-site at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in science or engineering, 3 years in a DoW-like program, Agile/Scrum training, and proven experience building dashboards and metric reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute agile project management methodologies for T2 projects.
• Facilitate biweekly technical syncs and track milestones (kickoffs, midterms, final demos).
• Develop, track, and translate project performance metrics into actionable insights for customers.
• Establish and manage team knowledge bases and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira).

• Execute agile project management methodologies for T2 projects.
• Facilitate biweekly technical syncs and track milestones (kickoffs, midterms, final demos).
• Develop, track, and translate project performance metrics into actionable insights for customers.
• Establish and manage team knowledge bases and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira).

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: TS/SCI

Education/Years Of Experience

• Bachelors degree in science or engineering.
• 3 years experience with DoW or similar acquisition programs
• Training or certification in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience building dashboards and metric-reporting frameworks.
