Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC invites applications for a FME Tools & Techniques Program Manager to lead complex DoW/IC technical programs for Foreign Material Exploitation, focusing on R&D and rapid prototyping at Wright Patterson AFB. The position requires US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance, on-site work, and occasional travel.

You will track program cost, schedule and performance, interface with AFRL, DARPA and AFLCMC, and provide FME SME support to NASIC and other DoD/IC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 8 years experience with DoW or similar acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes.
• Experience working with FME programs.
• Prior experience managing large R&D or rapid prototyping efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FME technical programs focused on R&D and rapid prototyping within the T2 Lab.
• Track and report program cost, schedule, and performance; interface with AFRL, DARPA, AFLCMC.
• Provide FME subject matter expertise to support strategy development and communication on all aspects of the mission across NASIC, the United States Air Force, other Services, the Department of Defense (DoW), and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders
• Provide program management and technical support to assist the Government with mission management; planning coordination, project scheduling; product dissemination; and the identification of new tools and techniques to aid in FME
• Provide FME subject matter expertise to support community engagement and program advocacy on all aspects of the mission across NASIC, the United States Air Force, other Services, the Department of War (DoW), and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders
• Support strategic messaging and outreach to senior leadership and partner organizations
• Provide technical consultation on FME methodologies and best practices
