Job summary

Purcell Tire is seeking a sales professional to provide commercial, truck and OTR tires and related services to fleets across the United States. You will build enduring customer relationships, perform fleet surveys, analyze tires and track mileage to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have a High School education, 3–5 years experience and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a total compensation range of $42,000 to $125,000 per year, with salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Tire industry knowledge including brands, designs and tread.
• Customer service principles and satisfaction evaluation.
• Mathematics fundamentals useful for pricing and calculations.
• Sales and marketing principles, product demonstration and sales control.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial, truck, and OTR tires and services, including retreads.
• Perform fleet surveys, tire analysis and mileage tracking for customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high service levels.
• Follow pricing policies to ensure satisfactory gross margins.
• Meet sales quotas and maintain professional appearance in public.
• Solicit new accounts and report data to sales management tools.
