Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; oncology or pharma exposure preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles within pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience required; travel 60–80%.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy.
• Regulatory/compliance understanding is a plus; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and insights.
• Synthesize regional insights and share with brand teams to shape strategy, allocation, and launch planning.
• Coordinate advisory boards, expert consultations, and congress activities; serve as onsite host for speakers and experts.
• Partner with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure compliant, strategic engagements.
